West Niagara Flying Aces Jan 20th
The Haldimand River King U9 team played West Niagara to start off their full ice season on Friday night. The boys have been waiting for this game the whole year. They didn't disappoint as they took control of this game from the opening faceoff.
Nolan Hartwick was a force out there. Winning battles for the puck and crashing the other teams net. Nolan also made some sweet passes in the offensive end. This earned him the hard hat as the hardest working player.
Bentley Rodger earned the crown for King of the game. Bentley made save after save. His ability to stop Niagara with many great glove saves left them baffled. He has been steady in-between the pipes all year. Congratulations to both boys.
