Fundraiser for Local Referee
On June 29th, a member of our Referee community was involved in a serious accident that caused life threatening injuries. Josh Isaacs AKA Snoop Dog is a ref for many of our home games. Consider supporting his family as they fundraise to offset costs as Josh recovers.
We’re all rooting for Josh’s full and speedy recovery.

On behalf of the Isaacs/LaForme family, please consider buying a card to support community member Josh Isaacs (Snoop Dogg)

On June 29th, Josh was involved in a serious motor vehicle accident on First Line. A motor vehicle turned in front of his motorcycle and in a blink of an eye, he and his families whole world changed. Josh suffered life-threatening injuries and is currently hospitalized in Hamilton with multiple broken and fractured bones, and has a breathing tube inserted as his lung has collapsed. While his prognosis is promising, he and his family have a very long road ahead of them.

We are seeking to raise funds to provide this family of 7 with some additional financial support. Josh was the sole income provider in their home, and is a valuable and well loved community member within MCFN and Six Nations, serving previously with the Six Nations Volunteer Firefighters and currently as the Vice-President of the Six Nations Minor Hockey League. He has also served as a bus driver for our communities and regularly coaches our youth teams and provides referee services.

Any and all support is appreciated. Miigwech/Nya:weh.

More than Music - Ollie the Artist
Ollie is a melodic hip-hop artist whose honest, introspective songs have quietly built a devoted following across North America and beyond. Raised in a small town outside Toronto, he began writing lyrics as a form of therapy—turning struggles with heartbreak, anxiety, and self-doubt into music that speaks to anyone looking for genuine connection. By blending emotive rap flows with soulful hooks, Ollie has shaped a raw, confessional style that balances vulnerability and hope, wrapped in personal storytelling.
