U9MD Bradford Blue and Gold Champions
This past weekend our Haldimand U9MD Riverkings
took their talents on the road for a much anticipated Bradford Blue and Gold
tournament.
In
2023 this tournament was won by the now U10A RiverKings and once I was awarded
this Coaching role I registered for this one to try and go back to back!
Our opponents standing in the way of our goal was Brock Wild, West
Nipissing Sting and Sudbury Wolves. Our team put on a
dominating performance in all of the round robin games, clinching a top seed
spot in the finals. These boys didn’t let up, they stayed focused
and out competed the Wolves in the championship to win the final 7-0.
On behalf of the coaching staff and parent group we are so proud of their
development and dedication this season. Congratulations Haldimand U9MD Riverkings you are Back to Back Bradford Blue and Gold Champions!!!
